Starting his career in 1992, Mark has worked his way through multiple leadership roles, giving him hands-on expertise across all areas of lens production, business development, and operations management. Since being appointed Head of Manufacturing in 2017, he has overseen significant investment in technology, sustainability, and skills development, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital lens design and advanced coating processes.
